Works perfectly.
Installed by following instructions...worked perfectly and easy to do. Quality wise is not very solid...the chrome is plastic. But so far I have had this about a year....no problems, no leaks, chrome finish is still shiny...so I would buy again.

Very easy and looks fine.
Made in USA and works great! It was easy to install. I have a pretty glass urn and I was sad that the spout that came with it broke. This is a perfect plastic replacement. I read that some metal spouts with another company came from china and flaked off bits of metal in the drink even after cleaning repeatedly. This works great and is BPA free. Very happy...

It works, but I don't expect it last long
The product seems made of fragile plastic, it could be damaged easily. (I thought it was metal)Shipping was faster than comparable products, that's why I brought it... but I would pick the original thick plastic design next time.

Fit perfectly in my water crock
My spigot broke so I found this to replace it. Like this one so much better and has yet to leak. Been almost a year now and it looks brand new

Simple and effective
It's plastic but it does the job. Was very easy to install and haven't experienced any water escaping from our refreshment dispenser. Good deal.

Nice not to have to replace the whole water dispensing system
It was easy to install and fits the existing ceramic water container. Not as sturdy as I would like but I think it will last for a while
