Great fit for surgical needs
This is a great jock strap for maintaining the pressure and tightness needed after surgery. The sizing is accurate and doesn’t cause unnecessary chaffing or digging into my legs. Great choice for someone needing a surgical alternative. It would also work great for workouts and sports.

Fit is good. Elastic is durable.Be aware that if you wear one on your head when you go to the airport, the TSA people will take you in a separate room and ask you a lot of questions.

Threading after first wash.
I had previously bought a more expensive jockstrap (the 2xist brand), so I was probably a little spoiled by their higher quality because when I opened these, i was taken aback at how cheap the quality was. But then again, these are a cheap price and still manage to serve their purpose. Also take note that the small is for waists 28 to 30. The small is REALLY a small, so if you're a 30 or 32, you might wanna go up to a medium. The last thing you want is your testicles to be constricted. **UPDATE** Just washed this for the first time in cold water and let air-dry, and already this thing is threading unbelievably. I'm really disappointed because these look so cool and tactical when wearing, but the fabric is threading in at least three different places ALREADY after the first wash. This thing won't last 10 washes.
