Very good quality vitamin. I like that it isn’t capsule form so there is no back taste. Works well and has been highly recommended to me by healthcare providers.

This vitamin is easy to swallow as it is a capsule and there is no aftertaste. It doesn't smell great but contains a lot of Bs and not a ridiculously high amount of iron. I bought it for someone who is having some health issues and as yet her energy level has yes to increase but I doubt there is a miracle in any product out there. Would probably buy again.
