Perfect for kx85

Bought to clean up the bores on a 1974 Kawasaki S3 Triple (400cc). I was worried that conventional stones would jam in the ports. Bought this and it did a fantastic job! It’s a tight fit and you fling oil everywhere when using - but it does a splendid job and leaves a perfect crosshatch pattern of light hone marks. Watch the videos first and be prepared for major clean-up of work-piece, bench, ceiling, you……

Great item. Purchased to fit a 68mm 2-stroke cylinder. This size in my opinion was perfect. 15-20 strikes in each cylinder with a good amount of Duck Oil and it came out perfectly cross-hatched. Great item for the money.

I bought it as a relatively simple way of polishing a 1" X 2" Stuart Beam Engine cast iron cylinder after boring out the casting. I used some grinding paste as well and the results were okay. My lathe work may not have been perfect, so the Flex-Hone tool did smooth out the bore. Not adjustable of course, but any bore approximately 1" will be okay. I put the wire shaft in the lathe and held the cylinder by hand (with care) and slid it in and out - see pictures

Totally sold on it. Plenty of engine oil on when you use you will get amazing finish.
