Great product
Used in a 2013 moto guzzi v7 racer, known for having transmission issues finding N and making lots of funny noises. So far, very easy shifting, not issues finding N. Still have some clutch basket noise when warm, but lesser than before. Will keep it as preferred gear oil for the bike.

Superb products as usual
Ther seems to be just a little edge in engineering and production of Liqui Moly in a crowded space

Toro 1232
If you’re like me, I had a hard time finding what the exact specified oil for a Toro 1232 snow blower gear box. Bought this to get me to 1.5” from the top of the gear box (read your manual).

ONLY available source for this viscosity.
The service manual for my Mercedes-Benz turbodiesel's rear differential specifies 85W-90 GL-5, so that's what I am going to use. This very specific, heavier-viscosity gear oil is also used in *some* AMG high-performance differentials, such as the E55, where it is REQUIRED. For that application (and if you wish to use the heavier 85W-90 in older Diesels) - you can order direct from the dealer part number A 000 989 28 03 12 (85W-90). This is the SAME fluid, and it may be slightly cheaper at the dealer, especially if you have a MBCA membership. The dealership will tell you that their replacement part number 001-989-17-03-10 (which is only 75W-85) can be used 'without reservation', but I'm skeptical of that claim with the high torque that the Diesel and AMG versions produce. At normal ambient temperatures, 75W gear oil has only about 35% of the film strength of 85W (despite the similar-sounding numbers). This 85W oil is like honey, and barely flows at sub-zero temperatures. It was near-solid when I received it ( ambient 20°F). Mercedes introduced the lower viscosity to improve fuel economy, but I'd gladly lose 1/4 mpg to have my already 20-year-old differential last longer. The Liqui Moly bottles of this gear oil which I received were labeled, "Meets MB Spec 235.0" and "Made in Germany". It does NOT meet mercedes spec 235.7 (although it could be used 'temporarily' in a diff that specifies 235.7, according to BeVo). The bottles I received also had a well-designed tube built-in to the cap which pops up when unscrewed, to allow a direct fill into the differential without a cumbersome separate pump.Last, note that this fluid is NOT for manual transmissions. GL-5 DOES NOT REPLACE GL-4! If your Mercedes (or other vehicle) specifies GL-4, GL-5 will almost immediately DESTROY your synchros! This fluid is for differentials ONLY.

My BMW R1100RS Approves It
More 90wt oil, less viscosity modifiers as this is a 85W90. GL-5 oil in this rating are getting hard to find.IMO, it works EXTREMELY well in older air cooled & oil cooled BMW Motorrad gearboxes where the shifting gets a little sloppy as the engine comes up to operating temp. You'll feel the difference. Thanks LM!

2009 Mercedes Benz C300 113,000 miles
Made in Germany. Great for my front and rear differential. Manual called for 85W 90. This was perfect. Only need 1.1 liters per differential. About the bottle....its really nice. I didn't need to use a pump. This has a tube built in. Only problem is it gets tough to squeeze when you are getting towards the last few ounces. Also there is no clear strip to show how much is left in the bottle. Outside of that if you can get the bottle in place and tilt it you can pump the contents easily without an external pump. Note: I reused the differential drain and fill plugs. Cleansed them and then used teflon tape on the threads. Torqued to 50 NM or 36 Ft Lbs. 4matic drives nice still at 113K.
