Works well, removed water spots and easy to use on glass or shiny tiles. Squeegee shower glass daily and water comes off essily, streak free adter squeegeed.

In short : It does its job well enough. I used with both DA and single polisher. I guess you can use with quite a bit of elbow grease as well, but won't recommend it. It is very easy to work with compared to other products like 3M glass polisher or glaco glass stripper, but it is quite watery compared to them. The splash hardens and leaves white dots just like any other compounds, so have some damp shop tower to wipe them. The performance of cutting the layer from windshield is about the average or slightly below compared to other products. This "removed" any coating, layer, and etching from the glass, expect your windshield to be hydrophilic if you don't coat with something else.

I was a little skeptical about this product; however, this is a 'good news' story. It worked well on my windshield. Important: don't stress when it dries quickly on you. Just spray with water and wipe with a microfiber. I followed up with Rain-X Glass Water Repellent and I'm happy. I also tried this on my yellow headlights using my drill and a pad. To my surprise, it worked very well. There was no need to go through the multi-step process with sandpaper. Make sure you protect your painted surfaces.

I went online to find out how to remove rain x smears on my windows. I was told to buy this particular product. Well it doesn’t work. I accidentally used rain x in cleaning my windows and basically permanently destroyed my window. Thank God I saw what it did on the first window so I didn’t mess up the others. So, I am still stuck with a window that has rain x smears on it.

Not what I expected but it works great! This is a fine-cut polish, not a solvent type, wipe-off cleaner. To be effective, it does take some effort, elbow grease. Or you can use a buffing wheel. We had a film residue on the windshield that did not come off with Windex, vinegar, isopropyl alcohol, ammonia, Goof Off (All applied separately. Do not mix any of these!) After these attempts, the windshield looked clean, and yet when spraying water on it, the residue would show up. I did a test area with Rain X Xtreme Cleaner and saw that it did indeed take down the residue. I hand applied to the rest of the windshield working a circular pattern. It took about 15 minutes to do the entire windshield, although had to revisit a few areas after the spray test. I then tried it on the headlight covers and this is where the magic happens. It buffed out the fogged plastic back to a clear finish. This makes the car look years younger. I am pleased with this product.

This is surprisingly good stuff. I just bought a used BMW X5 that really induced glare a ton when I would turn the wipers on at night during a rain event. It was like the water was sticking to the glass and not allowing the presumably new wipers to do their job. It was rather annoying and dangerous. Long story short, after working one section of the windshield at a time using some good old fashioned elbow grease the residue, embedded sap, or whatever the heck was causing the dangerous glare was gone! There were a couple spots that required 2nd spot applications, but wasn't a big deal. I used a pretty wet microfiber cloth to wipe the various area clean, washed it off, then wiped again till the product was gone. This gave a great opportunity to see where the residue still was. The water did not bead so it was one uniform light film of water...if I saw shapes or the water was uneven then I knew that spot needed a little more help. Once the windshield was sufficiently clean, I following it up with the Rain-X Glass Treatment in the trigger bottle applying 2 coats with clean folder paper towel. The results after getting finished up were great! Naturally, this is not going to polish scratches or little chips out of a windshield, but certainly did make the windshield/wipers function like new again. There are some other bad reviews on here, but really think they must have had very different circumstances, didn't put the work in (no, this is not just a wipe on and wipe off miracle product), or had unrealistic expectations. It does work as advertised! Just don't be afraid to wear your arm out a little or take some breaks. If you do this right it's not something that will have to be repeated frequently. Just FYI I have not attempted to use this product on any clear plastic yet, but if I do I'll report back!

The product not only failed to live up to its description, but the lid was also broken, causing leaks. Additionally, its ineffectiveness in cleaning my car's front glass was a significant disappointment, making it a regrettable waste of both money and time. The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory.
