Hi, this Women’s Natural Transition is a total miracle for me.I have been in perimenopause for 7 years (sorry, gals, yes…that long, no end in sight…) and have been in so many supplements, at the same time, to try to keep my hot flashes under control. I have 20-30 daily at their worst, and use 3 sets sheets per night. Then I went on a fancy prescription that worked for about a year, then suddenly stopped and I had some concurring side effects. I stopped all that.By some good fortune, I found these. Honestly within the first day I was feeling fewer hot flashes, and they are less intense. I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks and they have drastically reduced my hot flashes. I used to have a hard time sleeping at night no matter how cool the house was, I was always too hot. Give your body a couple days for the supplements to sink in but does a great job reducing hot flashes. I highly recommend this to every woman.I take 2-3 tablets all during the day: once when I wake up, another 1 2-3 hrs later and then 1-2 right before I go to bed. I tried everything for hot flashes and upset stomach going along with change of life. Someone told me to try Vetiver. This was the only product I could find with Vetiver in it. Right from the day I started taking it the hot flashes diminished. I've been on it for a week and the past few days I haven't had a single flash. The stomach upset has all but gone as well. I've been taking Ginger Tablets for the stomach upset as well. So I can't say whether the Banyan product is the sole solution for that. They do, however, seem to have a tranquilizing effect and I often feel a bit sleepy after taking them. So maybe taking them before bedtime would be best.Added to review: I have been on this supplement for over 3 months now and I can say for a fact that they help immensely with hot flashes. It's the only thing I have found that works for me. Wouldn't be without them.

They Say they didn’t change the ingredients, but it clearly did change looking at my old bottle to the left and the new bottle they sent me yesterday to the right. I am wondering if the change will be better for us or will our bodies notice the change and will have problems I certainly hope not. We have enough problems without these supplements as far as menopause goes.!!!
