I suspect it could be good, as there’s a really nice underlying flavour to it. But whoever roasted these beans really screwed it up. They’re uneven, with most of them far too dark. To dark roast such a fine coffee is a crime, and the subsequent bitterness makes this a poor tasting cup. You can get a far nicer cup from well roasted beans that cost 1/5th of the price of this.
