Yes, you have to assemble but honestly it's not that big of a deal! Once you do a few, you get the hang of it. Vibrant colors like the pictures shows and really pretty. I used for my outdoor wedding and has been hanging in our house for over a year.

Definitely not worth the money! I thought they would come ready to go, but no, we had to sit there and assemble them. It took forever. It would be way more cost effective to just go buy the supplies elsewhere and make them. I would not recommend this specific product.

My tassel garland looks great!! However, I did not realize it would take so long to put them together. For some reason, I was under the impression they were ready to go. Luckily I opened the package early. I ordered two garlands and only had time/patience to create one.
