No more period paranoia 😊
When used the way they're intended to be used, i.e. with your usual sanitary protection, these are brilliant. I can't imagine not using them, now that I've discovered them and tried them. For someone with a very heavy flow (using tampons and nighttime towels at the same time), the added protection is invaluable. No more soiled bedding, or leaking through to my clothing. No more insecurity over whether or not I have leaked through when out and about. It's nice to be confident during menstruation. The pants are of good quality, and I found the sizing to be accurate. They're comfortable to wear and so far, seem to wash well. If you're thinking of buying these INSTEAD of the usual sanitary products, you'll be disappointed. If you want them for extra protection, in addition to your usual sanitary wear, then I highly rate them.

Not bulky or rustly
These pants are great - honestly, a period game-changer! I've tried a few brands, and Innersy is the best for not being bulky or feeling like there is a plasticky layer is rustling inside. I even wear them when not on my period, as they feel like comfy lined pants.

I wouldn't rely on them alone.
Bought because I was curious about period pants and also whether a thicker gusset would help with sweat in summer time. Pros: -Size is as expected. They fit well, no riding up. Full coverage. -Comfy and stretchy Cons: -I would never rely on these alone on a period, they're only marginally thicker than normal pants. You can also sweat through them easily. -Noise. Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but the fabric sewn into these to help them be 'leak proof' rustles a bit. - Granny pants. Not that it matters much with period pants but these are big full briefs. I wouldn't wear them with any low rise jeans.

Works quite well and comfortable
These never leak no matter how heavy my period is so i like them, i just wouldn't say they're awful comfortable for a heavy period because they tend to feel a little wet. Best for a medium to light period comfort wise. Great for when you're not sure if your period is going to come during the night and don't want to wear a pad! Also work great with pads if you're a person who just needs underwear for preventing leakage. 3 pairs is definitely not enough for a period but i still recommend buying if you're trying to reduce the amount of pads and panty liners you use, I'll build my collection eventually 😂. Still great condition also after multiple washes. Update: they did leak a tiny bit after a super heavy period out the sides, but they're still good for light to medium.

Good if period not heavy…
I am being investigated for endometriosis and so I have very heavy periods. I bought these knickers because I was fed up leaking into my other underwear (that aren’t proper period pants) and also I wanted to feel more secure in underwear that fit closer to my skin rather than 100% cotton knickers that can be a bit looser to the skin if you know what I mean. I like the material of them - they fit snug without being tight and they are roomy and comfortable enough to house my huge Tena pads that I wear during my period. I definitely wouldn’t even try and wear them without a pad during my period as I’m confident I would leak out the sides and probably straight through the centre too. But I’m glad I got them and they’d likely be fine for you if you have light periods and/or even discharge in between.

Comfy and effective
These are very comfortable and work well either as a stand alone option, or a back up for use with cups/tampons. I also really like these colours. Will buy more.

Uncomfortable, non absorbent and a bit sweaty
Disappointed. I admit that after doing a fair bit of brand research a while ago and never getting round to buying any, I ordered these in a panic when my period arrived early while staying at my mother in law's and I hadn't brought anything with me. I've been using cloth pads for years now and wanted full pants, however these are not at all absorbent. One layer of cotton jersey, then a waterproof layer (feels like PUL but hard to say and the label claims the gusset is just cotton) then another cotton jersey layer. There's no absorbancy and nothing to wick the moisture away from your skin, so it just sits next to your skin. Yesterday I used a disposable sanitary pad for the first time in years and remembered how uncomfortable that plastic next to skin feels compared to soft absorbent fabrics, today I feel like I did yesterday in a disposable pad. The fit is reasonable, I'd consider sewing a bamboo layer inside to make it more comfortable and add absorbancy, but I can't help feeling sweaty and uncomfortable in these. I feel sad that for some women this is a huge improvement in comfort from a disposable sanitary pad, but there are much more comfy options out there!
