I don't write too many reviews, but this is an awesome company and an amazing gift set. This was at a party and when my friend opened the gift set there was no torch. We sent an email ASAP to the company about the problem and the company sent an email back ASAP the same day to save the day and say that the torch was under the foam. I would recommend this drink to any whiskey lover.

Items missing from multiple shipments of this item. DO NOT PURCHASE! What a waste. Culinary lighter and oak block is missing which is the whole purpose in the first place to think of even considering purchasing this item in the first place. Quite irritated with this item. And returning right now

Fun product. Not sure I’m following the correct procedure. Smokey taste is iffy. No instructions with product. However, have lots of fun with friends.

Does not come with gas filled. The torch does not work when it arrives. Completely useless as a gift. More work for the person receiving it.

Almost a great product/gift. Why I can’t recommend and suggest you look elsewhere:The butane lighter is wonky and dangerous. I filled it exactly as instructed. At first it wouldn’t produce flame. After more butane filling attempts I was able to get a flame but it lasted all of 5 seconds. Back to butane refilling attempts. Then got flame for a bit longer, but found it wouldn’t shut off! So I’ve burnt the wood and am ready to put cup over it to trap smoke - but have to worry about the torch which won’t shut off. Realized that torch has no “off” position - once you get it to work, it stays lit until all fuel is consumed. Imagine buying a cig lighter that is good for just 1 use.Have to go out and find a place that sells butane is a bit of a PITA, but not a deal breaker. Knowing that I’ll have to stock up on lots of butane because the lighter churns through it at crazy rate is a problem.Didn’t get much smoke from the wool puck either, and not sure how many uses it’s good for either.For $70 and up they should do better. One of those good ideas that in reality isn’t what you hoped.

This was a great gift! The glasses are high quality and living in Detroit it is super cool to have Motor City glasses. My dad was so excited about this gift, and the torch puts the perfect touch on Old Fashions! :)
