better quality than expected, don't expect a 5kg shower head
Looks gorgeous for £50, wouldn't pay much more. First thought was that the shower head seemed very light and cheap but then realised anything heavier would badly hurt the toes if you were ever to drop it while in the shower.... ouchy!! Not fitted it yet but you can tell its a premium product, not a scratch on it and the tap handle movements feel premium. Would love matching basin taps but sadly can not find them on amazon. Im the type that worries about buying cheap online but this seller sold a high end store quality product. Again ive not fitted it so if i dont update then all is good. Thankyou

Warranty is a sham
Bought these taps in 2018 and have since failed. I've tried to claim on the 10 year warranty but the website of companies that lie around iBathUK is incredible, all of whom have numbers that do not work or if you do contact one they say they're not responsible. iBathUK currently sold by Bathroom Bubbles Limited (ta Bathroom4Less), was originally sold by Luxury for Less Limited (ta Bath Empire) in the past but have since dissolved and likely sold the business to Bathroom Bubbles Limited (or possibly just ditched one company and started a new one.) We'll never know. Search iBathUK on trustpilot for more complaints about people not being able to rely on the warranty.

Excellent taps for the price.
Excellent tap for the money, getting them flush to my bath required me to use sealant as the base of the taps are square and didn't sit flush. Now installed they look great and are so much easier for my kids to turn on and off properly!

Have not had a chance to fit the bath or basin taps yet but i am sure they will be fine.They were a good price, they look a quality item and they were well packed

It was exactly as described but it was larger than I had expected it to be. It works well but I find the knob to change to shower mode is a little difficult to grasp. I have seen taps that are very like it for three times the price so I think it is good value for money
