Best ALA in budget

i used it for 2 months but i dont know it worked or not so i can't say it is good or bad.but capsules are very light and easy to take thats all i can say

I wish they only provide R ALA and not the RS compound. Could feel incremental difference though on energy levels after taking the pill.Will try some costlier R ALA alone in future to see how efficient that is.
