I bought this after using white quinoa for a long time and wanted to make my own blend..This has a wonderful flavor and a bit of a cruncyness to it to accent the white which does not.It is a great side when you add a 17 spice blend, a bit of butter and some broth to cook it in..Great value for the money as well..Will buy again..

Bought this to try, have not yet in this brand will update when i due. All the reviews were good and I do love all quinoa have and usually use one other brand just decided to try something different

Cooks great.

We wanted to try the black quinoa and this was the smallest package at a moderate price. It was just as good as the red quinoa so in the future we will be buying the more economical 10 lb size.
