Kia dealer would not hook it up
After purchase we took the replacement key and car to Kia and they wouldn’t even attempt to pair it to the car said they could only use genuine Kai parts

It was a perfect match to the original fob from Kia & the locksmith I use had no problem programming it.

As explained to me by an electronics specialist, it is programmable although not very likely to operate my vehicle.

Was delivered quick.. however the buttons stick so hard to use sometimes

Make sure the key is cut properly by the locksmith.
We have only had the fob a week, but so far it is working great! The locksmith did have to recut the key a second time because his machine didn’t do a perfect job of copying the other car key. It then had to be pushed into the ignition differently. We took it back and he cut it perfectly. Was was a locksmith error, but just wanted to warn you to examine carefully.

Make sure you get the right key for you’re car and it will work
It was a spot on replacement for my vehicle. This is the second time I’ve purchased their keys and the keys have worked both times with zero problems.
