Saved the night!
The underwear saved the night for us. I particularly like that they are washable - saves money and the environment. The fact that the outer layer is waterproof without feeling like plastic was huge for us!

The fit is good. I just wish that they had a waterproof barrier on the outside other than that it’s a good product.

Need to have more material in the rear
I decided to invest in this underwear because my 93 year old husband was going through way too many disposables. I didn't like what it was potentially doing to the landfill during the global warming crisis, and since this underwear could just be added to our normal wash we would be doing anyway, I thought it was better to invest in several sets of these and make the switch. The major problem I have is with the lack of material in the rear end. Even though he is very underweight and doesn't have a large rear end, they don't come up to his waist in the rear. The other problem is that they don't have all the absorbency he needs. Maybe because they are too short in the rear, they tend to get wet almost up to the waistband. That means his pajama bottoms get wet at night, or if he sits on the sofa, he'll get up and his pans are wet. I have to keep protectors everywhere. Although I can look for a different brand to swee if that makes a difference, this is one of the few that advertises it is for heavy use. I can use a "booster" but it would help if there were an elastic band or a pocket for the insertion of an optional booster.

very poor quality
after the smallest of urination in these underwear and it just leaks thru on the sides and does not contain at all, i might just as well not be wearing anything at all. i had high expectations when i opened the package but then after washing first and then wearing they just did not contain the liquid at all. would not recommend and will not buy again
