It works exactly as expected and is reliable. The only downside is the charging cord—I wish it used a Type-C charger or something more universal for added convenience. Overall, it’s still a good product that gets the job done!

I haven't actually tased anyone yet but it definitely has a kick to it and the flashlight is bright enough. It bounces enough volts to scare someone if they get close that's for certain.

Item was not new. Evident on package and item casing, but it works so I will keep it.

I'm not sure I'll ever use it but I know firing off a charge will definitely get some attention. It's a scary sound.

Comes with insufficient information and instructions on how to use it. Other similar products include WHERE on body it should be directed. If actual physical contact is needed or not when use it, the specifics of the power of it. and more. You cannot try these out to experiment how to use it because it can harm someone and because it's illegal to use except for self defense and that's too late to wait to know how to use it. Does't make me have much confidence in product or maker to not include vital details , especially for something like this which can risk your life if not use properly and if it didn't work to disable an attacker. Poor business to only tell you how to charge batter and turn it off and on and how many seconds is ok to direct it at someone but nothing else. ..like where on body it will be effective (which is huge factor). I will reach out when have time to the business for more info but we should not have to take that additional time to do that with product paid for ...all that should come with it , period. Very disappointing. Expect better from an Amazon business.
