Q: Is there any type of outside verification that the cotton is all natural 100% cotton?

On the tag from Mammoth, it says, 100% cotton. I have been using them for a while. They are high quality and they are definitely cotton.

Q: I'll try again...where are these made? U.S...China...?

I don't remember if the tag stated the country of origin. I am usually very careful and never give my dog any treats or food that is not made in the USA, so I do share your concern.
