Brilliant for use in recipes where Ground Walnuts are needed
Great quality, finely ground walnuts, not bitter, I used it in banana loaf. Got lots of compliments. Saying best banana loaf ever tasted. Will try in coffee & walnut cake next. Recommend

Last batch really bitter
I ordered 3 packs so far and tasted only last one, which I incredibly regret (should taste them before any use) and found incredibly bitter. That happen when nuts are milled for a while and they aren't fresh. I also found traces of the flax seed in walnuts, which I don't mind, but found out there were given dodgy taste to grinded walnuts. Such a shame I just pray my Christmas baking will be edible.

Good quality
Great to have walnuts ground up as I have difficulty chewing. A spoonful on my oats in the morning and adding to cake mixtures. Perfect.
