Caramel Nut Fiber bars, this flavor is the best!
These have to be the best fiber one chewy protein bars. if you’re looking for a low fiber these are great and perfect if your diabetic . we’ve tried every flavor. These are perfect not too hard. Not too dry and the caramel really adds to the flavor. I carry them everywhere. I go.

Tastes great, great price, Helps with a second #2 in the morning. I like to eat these after my morning tea but before my workout. Great size, just enough. These also make a great snack adding more fiber for our daily value. Very filling. I have not had any of the melt on me. Texture is great. It's like a little bakery snack.

Contain Corn Syrup
These were fresh and tasty. So what are the nutrition facts for these bars? * 140 calories per bar ~ much lower than a candy bar * 4g of total fat with 10% of your saturated fat daily value * zero cholesterol * 4% of sodium * 10% carbohydrate daily value * 35% of fiber daily value - 9g * only 7g of sugar - a nutritionist said try to keep under 8g for cereal so 7g is pretty good * protein 2g - not a lot but you're not eating these for protein most likely There is corn syrup in here. I will try to find another bar after noting that. Seems like they could make these without corn syrup. Hmmm..so the good news is these are low in fat, sugar and sodium but they have corn syrup.

Tastes like a candy bar (one that chuckles)
Taste is great! Really does make me think of the popular one that’s a synonym for chuckles. Very convenient to have on hand for those who want snacks and/or sweets but don’t want to blow up their caloric intake. It’s not exactly what I’d call a protein bar, but the protein and fiber content are definitely better than grabbing a candy bar. Plus there are some vitamins and minerals in these as a bonus. General Mills seems to have trouble with keeping their high protein Fiber One products available, which is frustrating. But it’s also why I would recommend getting multiple boxes at once here. Just please don’t be fooled into spending more than @$10-12 per value sized box of ten? Seventy dollars for six boxes is (in my opinion and years of experience) absolutely taking advantage of customers. Hope this helps and enjoy your snacks!

I love these.
Oh I love these. Soo much. They are only a couple points on weight watchers, and they curb my appetite. They help with sugar cravings too while im trying to lose weight.
