Q: are the tubes and caps autoclavable?

If you're using at a sterilization temp of 121C or higher, I doubt it would survive or it would be severely deformed at the end of the cycle due to it being a cheap thin plastic. You'll be better off sticking with using glass test tubes for an autoclave run.
