These are sugar free and still taste good. I admit that they do not taste as good as the regular cherry flavored Ludens but most sugar free stuff really doesn't taste that good and these are pretty good. They have the same effect as regular lozenges and keep your throat moist and help a great deal with a dry cough. I will definitely buy them again

These have a satisfying cherry flavor. I sometimes awake in the night with a scratchy throat and keep a few of these "candies" in the nightstand. They do a quick job of soothing the irritation. Interestingly, the active ingredient is pectin, not the usual menthol. These are not sweetened with cane sugar, but isomalt -- a substitute derived from sugar beets. It does not increase your blood sugar levels. And the price is good.

We love these, they use pectin as the cough suppressant which means no medicinal taste. I love this Cherry flavor but they also have berry and green apple that I love as well. This is great for kids who need a little something to control scratchy throats too.

These taste Mor like sweet candy than most others. They are our favorite and are effective.
