I received a nice personal note on the bottom of my invoice from the owner of this company, with instructions for problem solving. This is great customer service!This my the second Aapporto cellphone purse. I bought the first one in 2015, and it lasted seven years before the zipper finally gave out and was not repairable.This is the only cellphone purse I have found that is small in size, but has a 1" width. All the other ones I've seen are not wide enough to hold what I need (which isn't much, just a coin purse, lipstick and a pen). And no one else makes use of the outside of the purse like Aapporto. The outside pocket holds my cellphone without any annoying, inconvenient snap to hold it in. My phone has never slipped out of that pocket, and I have the iPhone Mini! The zipper pouch on the other outer side is perfect to hold my credit cards. And thank goodness for carabiners! I snap my car keys and my iPod Pro earbud case to the strap D-ring, and that's all I need!

I recently bought an iPhone 11 and discovered that I really didn't like to carry it in my pocket. So it was probably time for some sort of man-purse. I spent several days going through options here on Amazon and other sites and finally decided to take a chance on this bag. I was concerned that it was too small and I originally wanted something that I could carry my iPod and headphones in as well. Now I have come to learn that was overkill. This bag is perfect. My iPhone 11 and case fit just fine. I also ordered another slightly larger bag that I could carry my iPhone, iPod, headphones, etc., and quickly figured out that it would be too heavy and bulky for everyday use. This bag suits my original needs just fine. The material appears to be of high quality. The material itself is thick and sturdy and the compartment is padded. The hooks where the strap attaches on each side are metal as is the zipper. I'm 6'2" and about 275 lbs and the strap extends long enough to carry comfortably. It also came packaged REALLY well and this is not something I would usually feel the need to comment on. If you wanted to give this as a gift, you could simply take this box out of the Amazon shipping box and wrap it. I'm very happy with this bag and would happily recommend it to others.

I struggled with all the various shoulder bags to carry my iPhone 6. This bag ended up being a little larger than I was looking for, but I'm so glad I got it. Great size! The zip pocket in the back is a secure place for cash & ID. The front pocket holds my husband's iPhone when needed AND there's room for a bandanna or slim sunglasses. We do a lot of walking with our 2 very strong dogs, but too many of my clothes don't have pockets. This item does the trick for carrying all the essentials and looks good for when we head out to dinner.I must also mention materials and quality, both of which are exceptional. Don't settle for a cheaper product that might not last (as many reviewers of other similar products noted). This is high quality and first class all the way.

This little bag is very well constructed of high-quality materials! And it is a perfect size. ) My prior cell phone bag was a bit too small for my new cell phone.) The zippered exterior pocket easily holds a few items like cash, a credit card, a bug repellent wipe, and even a chapstick, while the zippered main pocket holds my cell phone securely. A second exterior pocket holds my keys where they are easy to reach because there is not a zipper on that one. And yet the whole bag is not large or bulky. The best part about the bag, for me, is that the strap can be reconfigured in several different ways, including around the waist for a no-hands approach, which I like when I am out walking for exercise. Also, both ends of the strap swivel so the strap stays nice and flat with no tendency to twist. This bag costs a little more than some others I looked at, but I feel sure it is worth the money. I am delighted with this bag and recommend it highly.

This is a well-made product and just the right size to carry essentials and perfect for phone ... except I wish it were just a tiny bit bigger so we aging folk could put a pair of reading glasses in it too! (I can't see my phone unless I put my reading glasses on, so my phone goes in this great bag but I have to hang my reading glasses on the neckline of my shirt!)

This is a great little bag but the price is a bit high. Nice quality. Bag is lined. Easily holds my plus size cell phone, zippered into the main compartment. Zipper on the outside holds my cards, cash, & keys. I tuck an ink pen & small paper pad in the open outer pocket. Wish it was a little larger or had a larger outer pocket for glasses. The removable strap is wonderfully long & sturdy. I started using this bag while going for walks. Got worried about hiding my purse in my locked vehicle. Now I’m using it daily as a crossbody bag for my essentials. I bought a 2nd bag & tucked it away for later. : )

This is a perfect case for an IPhone 7+ or a similarly sized device. It is not cheap for a small canvas bag, but it is well worth the price as it is smartly designed and attractive. I love that the main zippered compartment is well-cushioned to protect my phone, and that it has room for other items such as my keys. The external compartments, pone zippered and one not, are roomy enough to safely stash credit cards, i.d., and my metrocard for easy access. The strap adapts to crossbody, waist, or shoulder use. As, when I go to my office I carry a tote bag for larger items such as a scarf, magazine, and the like, I have taken to using this instead of my pocketbook. And on a quick run to the grocery or walk in the park, or night on the town, it's often all I need.

I received the blue one as a gift, it's strap is too short for cross body placement, there was a note inside the box about getting an extension to make the strap longer, I needed to request within 30 days getting as a gift I have no idea when it was bought. I have a black one that I like with no issues, I like them because they fit my phone and wallet. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BLUE ONE!!!!
