It works better than any other I've tried!
I buy and repair projectors for a living, so I've seen many different brands of replacement bulbs. This bulb DEFINITELY is the best, brightest one in my 2 years of doing this. I highly recommend getting this one! Installation is done in less than 30 seconds!

Bright Colors, So Far So Good
I purchased this item as a replacement to a different after-market lamp for my Epson 8350 (old lamp had about 3k hours on it). The first Araca lamp I purchased worked fine for a day or so, then started making some loud noises. I put the old lamp back in, contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement.I finally got around to using the replacement lamp and it has been working fine for about a week without any issues. The colors are very bright, probably as good or as better as the stock lamp that came with the projector.I have also been very impressed with their customer service. It's nice when a place stands behind their products and are willing to replace items when there are issues. I know a lot of people have reservations about after-market products, but I'm always willing to give them a chance. Especially when I had to get my entire Epson project replaced after a few months. Sometimes even OEM products have issues.

Lasted 3 Months **UPDATED**
Bought this back in March. It's now June, and with barely any use (maybe 200 hrs, if that), it stopped working. Projector won't turn on, lamp light on the projector flashes red, and fans go crazy. Very disappointed with this.UPDATE: July 17. Customer service contacted me and offered a replacement. The replacement had a flickering problem, so they sent another replacement bulb. Great customer service. They really try to make it right. Last bulb they sent is working well so far. Updated review to reflect the great customer service. I'll update it again if the bulb lasts longer. I have high hopes.

The first bulb I received did not work. A replacement bulb was sent me at no cost.
This bulb looks OK but is shipped with its box in a soft envelope, and the first arrived with a broken filament. Another bulb was sent to me at no cost, with the same packaging but arrived intact. It has worked well for about 30 hours of use so far. Brightness and color are reasonable but not exceptional. If the service life is reasonably long (to be seen), this will be a decent product at a good price.

As good as original
As good as the original bulb at a fraction of the cost. Installed in less than 5 minutes. I have been using in my projector for two months now and it is as bright as the original Epson bulb.

Worked great But didn’t last long
Worked great, but only last 2 months before it burned out during middle of a movie. Won’t buy again.

Perfect replacement lamp
Packaged well, easy to install and works great in our projector. I had another lamp in my cart that was over twice the price of this one and glad I took a gamble on a more reasonably priced option. We've been using it for about two weeks now and so far it's been great.

Works fine and you can't beat the price.
I've got a couple hundred hours on the lamp and have no complaints. I bought my projector used with no bulb so I have no frame of reference on the brightness. I can say that the picture is stunning as long as the room is fairly dark.I bought the used projector AND this lamp for about half of what the OEM lamp alone would have cost.
