Decently pretty good battery, it does seem like it takes longer to charge with this is expected. It is about 30% bigger than the battery that was originally in the laptop. It shows it to take about 2 hours ish to charge the battery, using roughly 100 to 120 watts of electricity. When fully charged my laptop shows about 4 and 1/2 to 5 hours on high performance or balanced for the remainder of the battery until fully discharged. So far so good so let's keep it that way, seems like a good value for money and it works pretty well as advertised so far.

THANK YOU, T-CORE for the extra followup!** ORIGINAL** One Star *This battery was purchased for my Dell Latitude e6430 laptop to replace and upgrade from my current failing battery. It arrived timely and when inserted into the computer the laptop recognized the battery, but it would not charge, hold a charge, or discharge. While my laptop was plugged in with the battery present, the battery indicator flashed the code for a fatal battery error, and when unplugged my laptop immediately died. I tested the battery multiple times with the same result. I will be returning this battery shortly and purchasing a different one instead.

I loaned out my Dell Latitude E6420 for about a year, and it came back to me with a totally dead battery. I decided that since I had to get a replacement battery, it might as well be a big one since there was not a huge difference in cost at Amazon. I am actually amazed at the number of hours of life it has.On the first day I charged it fully and then just left it on and mostly unattended, and got about nine hours out of it. After the next full charge, I did a lot of file manipulation on the SSD. It worked quite hard during the five hours of its life. Since then it has been lightly used and I am not timing the battery life, but I am very pleased with its operation.

Battery Fit perfectly in my Dell E6520, gets 6 hours easy. Over a Month and I see no degradation in performance. PS Helpful Hint to Everyone: Don't make the mistake i did by leaving Laptop in Closet for over a year, the Lithium Ion battery will die if it isn't used every month or 2.

Never would last over 45 minutes, even if not on-line. I've had it almost a1 1/2 years now. Battery won't last 30 minutes. I don't use the laptop very often, so may be why it doesn't last very long even starting with full charge. Will not buy again.
