Simply AH-MAZINGGGG!!! 🤩
My hair: damaged, coarse and bleached. I recently had my hair colored red after being a blonde since 2018. Since I moved to my new home last year, I noticed my hair was feeling harder and looking darker after just one or 2 washes after redoing my hair. I realized my water was the problem so I installed a new filter for my shower head. But my hair was too damaged so I decided to go red and give bleaching my hair a break. But we had to bleach the top, which had been a shadow root to even the entire red color all over my head. But wow that last time of bleaching left my hair soooo damaged and brittle. I’ve never experienced so much breakage. I had been using Olaplex for a few years so my hair was healthy before moving to my new home. So that’s the hair I started with before using this product—hard, brittle, breaking off easily, stiff and rough to the touch and extremely porous. In other words—terrible! My red hair washed out ridiculously fast! This product: after reading many reviews here and watching many YouTube videos, I decided to give this a try. I didn’t want to color my hair again since it’s only been a month since I went red. First, I can’t really afford that and second, I don’t want any more damage. After seeing the copper on most, it was way too much orange for my liking. I wanted a true copper/auburn, not orange. So I mixed (as someone here suggested) 2 copper packs with 1 cocoa color pack. I was so scared to see what would turn out. I mixed them very well in a bowl. I then even distributed it through my hair, piece by piece and combed it through . I left it on for about 10 minutes altogether. And woah! I was blown away by how soft and bouncy my hair felt after all the damaged I had recently experienced. I couldn’t believe it, but not only that, the color looks amazing! I have received so many compliments!! This color combo looks incredible! It’s exactly the color I was going for without the added damage. I haven’t washed it yet so I willl have to update with that information. I plan on purchasing the larger bottles since I absolutely plan on using this long term. What a great way for me to keep my color without causing damage to my hair. I’m so excited I found this and a thank you to the person who suggested mixing these two colors. It works like a charm!! I can’t recommend this enough. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great especially when mixed with copper
I love this stuff. It does a great job on depositing color without it being streaky though the coral can be a little bright. I really like mixing it 50-50 with the copper Moroccan hair oil mask and it gives great color and makes my hair super soft.

Good root refresh. No grey coverage but conceals a bit.
I don’t have a before but I do think it gave results, it didn’t cover my greys as well as I had hoped but for a non damaging root refresh I’m happy with the results. The bottle said to leave for 5-7 min depending on what intensity you want but I recommend 10 min for max results. I did 8 and this was my first time. It did bring some like back to my dulling dark brown hair. So this is 2 days after and curls are in need of refresh too but I work in a shop on the weekends so oh well. Sweaty hair don’t care. I loved the smell and how nourishing it felt to my hair as well. Would use this every two weeks and BE SURE to bring your shower cleaner in with you when time to wash out or you will stain your shower!

not for (most) natural gingers
i have pretty bright natural ginger/copper hair. this is way too neon to match my faded (previously bleached) ends, but it is still a nice product. tamed down after a few washes

Good alternative between color dye appts
I used this with 1 single pack of the cocoa to ger an auburn color on previously dyed hair. My hair had a super faded out color on it before I applied this and since I only needed it for the bottom half of my hair, 2 single packs was enough. Also, it does make your hair soft but you do need to rinse for a while before the rest of the remnants come out.It lasted about 4 washes which is good for me since I have curly hair so usually I only wash my hair one to two times a week.

Be very careful
I used this color in October. I have a lot of hair and just used one small application. My hair was like flaming red. One picture. I washed my hair multiple times since it ins a temporary color I thought it would fade. It did not. I then read some stuff online and ordered the brown to hopefully dull the overwhelming color. The brown helped a bit (I was able to go out it public), but it was still very wild. I washed my hair a ton the first month. It faded some and was not so intense, but it was still pretty red.Go to the end of January (still red). I took an epsom salt bath. My hair did get in the water. Washed and let dry- I noticed the red was finally fading. So excited- finally! Then my hair fully dried and it has a green to it. In picture.I do not do much with my hair at all. I thought this would be fun to try because it was temporary. Well going on 5 months and it was not fun at all. Not sure how to get rid of the green. It really has been a really annoying stressful ordeal. My suggestion- stay away from this stuff!

Good for redheads but dilute with conditioner to avoid bright fake reds
So I am a natural redhead. I am 45 and my hair is getting lighter. I ordered four colors. I have been experimenting with this product for a while now and I finally found the key.I separated my hair into four layered parts. The back the middle back close to the top and the crown.I took a bowl and put some conditioner in it, and then added just a little bit of each color to each bowl separately. I stirred them together until I got the color I desired.I then took the Bordeaux mix and applied it to the bottom of my hair the underneath. The next layer up I put in the copper. The next layer up I put in coralOn my crown I used rose gold. Each color I put separately (just a little of this goes a long way) in a bowl with its own conditioner and apply it separately to each section of my hair and let it sit for about seven minutes before washing it outIt really doesn’t take that long. I thought it would be really time-consuming but if you keep bowls and a spoons in your bathroom, you can just do it quick. I only have to do this once a week and I wash my hair daily.I’m adding pictures of what my hair look like after I did this routine this morning. It is the closest to my natural child shade and I love it!
