I have used Bach Sweet Chestnut for over 10 years. Carry it in my purse or pocket for when I am feeling anxious, as anxiety and sometimes Panic creep up on me. Have recommended Bach tinctures for my friends and family, and more than a few of them keep it on hand for stressful times themselves.
