Why did I wait to try these?
Having worn through numerous standard hearing protection headphones, you know the ones you buy for yard work that cut out the lawnmower noise as well as anyone wanting to get your attention, I tried these these for a shooting range as I wanted to block out the gun noise but be able to hear the instructor. These headphones are amazing. The selective noise reduction is so much better than traditional ear protection and you can hold a clear conversation without having to remove them.I can never go back to old ones. These are my new go to headsets. Customer Service is amazing as well.

Worked as expected
I finally got to the range to test these ear muffs and they performed as expected. I don’t really have a lot of experience with electronic ear muffs. I used another more expensive brand a few weeks earlier for the first time. I didn’t notice any difference in performance. I do wish there was a visual way to know if the muffs are turned off to save the batteries. I don’t frequent the shooting range, so I can’t speak to the longevity of this product. I love the purple color, though. Matches my gun.

Good value for the price
This helmet are so cool kinda makes you will like you are flying in a chopper. The helmet noise cancellation work amazing for me when I shoot 9mm or 12 gauge. The built in mic makes it super convenient to talk to friends without taking off the headset. Fit comfortably as well beside it being a little tight but after a while it adjust itself .

Good for the money
The padding around the ear cups are nice and soft. The headset does not squeeze my head. The batteries lasted for days. Nice and thin and does not mark the gun stock. The only problem I have encountered with this headset is I use a Bluetooth remote waterproof hunting speaker for game calls. Bluetooth is a radio frequency transmission technology operating in the 2.4 gigahertz range. When I activate Bluetooth in any of my 3 Android devices I use, I immediately receive static and buzzing interference in this headset from the transmitted Bluetooth signal. Turn off the Bluetooth in device I am using, and the interference stops. The headset volume control has no effect on the interference. I've been a Ham Radio Operator for 60 years. I understand radio frequency transmission interference. The engineers who designed this headset could have included a 2.4 gigahertz blocking filter for about $1. But it's obvious they didn't even consider any interference from Bluetooth signals. I could wrap aluminum foil around the headsets to stop the interference, but don't want to look like Mel Gibson from the 2002 movie, "Signs." This headset has analog audio technology. If you turn the volume up to "max," the audio is loud, but you also get hiss in the speakers. If you are using this headset without any Bluetooth remote devices, then it works fine for the very good purchase price. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a nice electronic headset. Just want to say, I own 3 other brands of electronic headsets. A couple of them were over the $100 price point. They ALL receive interference from Bluetooth signals transmitted from my Android devices. Just shows that the manufacturers do not consider all options when designing their products.

Great investment
I wear this set of hearing protection shooting at the range, dove hunting, and duck hunting. For the money they work great. I like to be able to hear conversations while protecting my hearing from gun fire.

More than pleasantly surprised
I didn’t know what to expect with these; they’re perfect. My head is shaped like a grape and they fit perfectly. At the range, you can speak at conversational levels and have a dozen shooters banging away with crazy good response from these. I took one muff off and was floored as to how these perform. Just get them.

Amazing.
I was surfing through shooting headsets on amazon and stumbled across these bad boys. There are very expensive headsets and very cheap ones. I had a set of Peltor Comtac 3s in the Marine Corps that lasted me a few years and I had nothing to complain about with them. This time I didn't want to spend that money though, and searched for sub 100 dollar headsets. I liked what I seen from the reviews of the Awesafe headset and decided to give them a shot. I paid roughly 37 dollars for the Awesafe headset. At this price range you can expect to sacrifice a few things such as comfort and reliability. This is not the case here, when I opened the box I was very surprised! they include two gifts in the box, very easy to read instructions and the headphones secured in a custom fit foam material that can act as a protective case. The unboxing is something you would expect from a luxury item. Now let's move onto the product itself. They work the same as my comtacs. I am telling you there is no difference besides maybe how they would fit into a kevlar as I am not able to test the fit of these in a tactical helmet. It's not for me, but there is an option to play music while you shoot if that is something you would like to do. It is always nice to have options. The headset picks up every sound around you so it is very easy to hear conversations or instructions at the firing line. When the bullets start flying, the headset lowers the sound so you can shoot in a most comforting way. I am very pleased with this product and am going to order another pair just in case something happens with these ones. I can't put in an opinion on how long they last since I have not had them to long but I will update this review in a couple of months as these headsets make me want to go to the range just to put them on!

Works great
I wanted to love these but had to return, nothing wrong with the product, but I found them too uncomfortable on the ears when wearing with eye protection... Otherwise everything else functioned as it should and the sound amplification was awesome.

Those a really good for the price.
They let you hear like you’re not even wearing them and when they catch a gunshot they lower the sound so you don’t get blasted.Im happy with those

Really tight and sometimes has a crackly sound
These are ok. They’re not comfortable for longer periods of time so I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for these as a study aid. I have a smaller head too so I don’t know how people with bigger heads can find this comfortable.Noise suppression is ok but there is sometimes a crackly sound when I turn on the headphones.

Love them
They work as advertised and the low profile does not interfere with the stock while firing
