I purchased these earbuds to use for phone calls and videos while not bothering the family. The original earbuds I received had a defect where the volume would fade and increase randomly, and GUSGU quickly sent me a replacement pair. The second pair unfortunately would not pair to my iPhone and I initially thought it was my iPhone because there were many reviews saying the iPhone 11 pro max had Bluetooth issues. Long story short, after troubleshooting with apple, it was determined the earbuds needed a firmware upgrade to connect to apple products. GUSGU came through again and sent me a pair with the firmware upgrade and these have been great. They are not overwhelmingly loud which is great since they are in ear. Also, they do NOT fall out which is awesome! You can run and work on your car without worrying about these falling out and answering a call just takes a little tap on the earbud. The battery life on the docking station is incredible. I would definitely recommend these if you are looking for a comfortable set of earbuds that will not fall out and sound great.

I want to love this but I just received my ear buds and only one is working. Pretty disappointed! The sound quality is nice out of the one I can hear out of. I have had these ear plugs for almost a month and Now the issue is the sound goes in and out. These thing are not worth the price at all. You have no way to contact the seller about this issue. I think I received a message back from the seller and u told me to use my protection plan and this was like a few weeks after having this garbage. Please sleep hard on these things and this seller is not professional at all. Beware you have no way to contact this person only through reviews. Please bypass this product because it’s not worth it. The reviews are true. I purchased these things with my own money and they were not given to me.

I don't usually review items so soon after buying them, but I have been so impressed with these ear buds that I wanted to share my experience.I use ear buds nightly, as I deliver news papers and it's my habit to listen to ebooks while I work. By listening on ear buds vs my car stereo, I don't have to constantly pause when getting out of the car to deliver onto a porch.I've used 3-4 different Bluetooth ear bud sets since starting this job, so I feel like I have a pretty decent idea of what features I want and need. Here are the things that impressed me so much about this set.BATTERY LIFE:Holy cow. Seriously. I've never had a set that had such impressive battery life. I turned on these ear buds and started work around 1:50 am. I listened to them the whole night, non stop. I did not charge them at any point. I did not get a warning of low battery until I pulled up at my house at 6:50 am. This means that these ear buds lasted for 5 straight hours of playback. I've never ever had a set that lasted that long!DESIGN:I like and hate the fact that the ear buds have a simple touch button function. Like it because it's nice to simply touch the surface, instead of having to depress a button that 'clicks' while jamming an ear bud into my ear. The only downside was that I did accidently pause listening a few times when simply meaning to adjust the bud within my ear. I got used to it quickly though.POWER BANKI love that the case clearly shows the power left. I hate guessing if a charging case has enough juice to last me, and that feature means no more guessing. I was also impressed that the set came fully charged, and seems to hold a lot also. I will update when I figure out how many times you can charge the ear buds with 1 full case charge.DESIGNAlthough it doesn't lend to the functionality of the ear buds, I do want to mention the design. The case is made of plastic but doesn't feel flimsy at all. It's easy to open but stays securely closed also. The ear buds are comfortable also. They fit well and aren't too heavy. I didn't have any of the fit issues that I normally have with other brands.Overall I have been genuinely blown away by this set. Frankly I didn't think much could be said about 'yet another Bluetooth set' but I'm so so glad that I chose these. The features I've listed are so much better than other brands, and the fact that it's water proof AND a power bank just make it even more awesome.As someone who has tried a lot of different ear bud sets I have been super pleased and hope that this is helpful to anyone else shopping around!!

Acts like an earplug so reduces external sounds5. Built in mic so you can answer callsCons:1. Bluetooth isn't great, music skips often if phone is in your pants pocket2. Charging case doesn't use USB C3. Volume isn't consistent on pairing, often I have to adjust because it sounds lower4. Sometimes when removing the earbuds, the bud can get stuck in your ear if you're not removing it at an angle. I have a set of tweezers with me now in case it happens because it happened a lot when I first started using5. Because of the discreet size, when removing from your ear, you can end up hitting the touch sensitive buttons skipping/pausing music which can be annoying
