The capsules are easy to swallow and while 3 may seem like a lot, I’d rather take 3 smaller sized ones than a bigger one for dosage. While I don’t know if it is related, I was taking this product for a few days when I threw my back out for the umpteenth time and I felt better in only a couple days as opposed to at least week. So perhaps it does help with pain. Also, my skin has a brighter complexion since taking it as well. Great product. Would definitely continue to use it.

I used to take a handful of pills for a lot of different things. Joint relief, immunity support, energy, blood pressure, digestive support, etc.. This was recommended and I don’t regret giving it a try. My joints, specifically my knees, have improved tremendously and I’m now able to stretch it accordingly and help keep them functioning good. With that, it also helped in providing a boost of energy. By boost I don’t mean a surge of energy. Just better quality in physical movements which in itself provides natural energy. I have better clarity in my sometimes chaotic day so I find that I can stay more focused on completing a task/chore. This bottle eliminated other pills that I was taking which some required more than 2 in a day. What made me give it a try wasn’t the fact that it covered multiple areas of my concern but that it’s a vegan friendly product. As someone who wants to transition to a vegan lifestyle, I felt this was a no brainer.

I finished the bottle, but probably wouldn’t buy again. Didn’t really notice any benefits. If there were, they weren’t readily apparent. The product seemed to be high quality, though. The capsules are easy to swallow. I experienced no negative side effects. If you’re considering taking resveratrol, then this product is definitely worth considering. I just don’t think I need it, personally.

This product worked tremendously in alleviating brain fog and maintaining mental clarity and focus during day to day activities. I wish less capsules per day(Current recommended dosage at 3 capsules per day instructed on the supplement bottle )were needed to feel the full effects of the product as the supplement bottle will quickly deplete entirely at just 30 days. We need more vitamin supplements providing such great health benefits that are vegan and free of of animal ingredients of any kind while all natural and void of any artificial ingredients.

So I knew that Resveratrol was a powerful antioxidant, but I never really knew what it was good for or why I should try it. I have been using it now for over a month and the things I've noticed are: more energy during the day when I take it 1st thing in the morning, I have less of an appetite, and I just overall feel good! I may be hooked! I would reccomend this and I hope you have as great of an experience with it as I do.

False advertising! Only 250 mg per capsule. You have to take 3 capsules for 750 mg.

Seems like my energy improved while taking it, but hard to know for sure. It concerns me not knowing what plant this resveratrol was sourced from. I will have to stop taking it for awhile and then try a second bottle to know for sure if it does affect my energy level.

The product is very helpful! I feel it has helped give me more energy for me to manage my hectic life and feel it has also helped me break through my weight loss plateau! In terms of supplements, the flavor isn't that bad, and it is very easy to swallow. The bottle came double sealed with a cotton ball in it also. Very pleased over all!
