I take one these pills about an hour and a half before bedtime. These vitamins gently soothe me and help me get sleepy before bed. I highly recommend them!

Dosage I have used this product for many years being a naturopathic doctor and find it to be one of the better ones for the money! However, the last few bottles have had numerous damaged capsules which I was unable to use. It upset greatly!

What a difference magnesium has made in my life.
