Good product for someone who is sensitive to methyl B vitamins.
Methyl B vitamins make me feel tired & flat as if someone stole my personality! This product gives me energy, enables me to have healthy serum levels of B vitamin and healthy RBCs. Thanks, Dr. Lynch for this great product. I take it with the Seeking Health Optimal Start w/o methyl Bs for sensitive people. (I have the MTHFR variant.)

Worked Quickly
I have seen so many doctors to help me it is crazy. I can't even name all of my disorders (anxiety, depression, breathing, intolerances, digestion, Poor poor brain function, hormones etc etc). Nothing helped. I took this a half hour ago, and I am leaving my apt to go socialize for the first time in a while. Helped my mood quickly and I feel more clear headed. I know this may be a placebo affect so I will follow up in a few weeks.

Great from those with MTHFR
I have had several miscarriage and an array of medical conditions and recently discovered I have MTHFR. I have tried methylated b-vitamins and just cannot tolerate those. When I heard about folinic acid, I decided to give this stuff a try along with the Adenosyl/Hydroxy B12 and within the first day, it was a noticeable difference. I felt less anxious, more energy, and more blood flow to my whole body. I don’t think I have ever taken anything that has drastically improved my health this quickly. I would highly recommend taking these!

Great option for those with MTHFR mutation, no side effects like from Folic Acid Supplements
When my doctor suggested a substantial folic acid supplement to help offset the potential bad side effects from a necessary medication I have to take, I chose to take these instead since I have a very bad reaction to folic acid since I have the MTHFR gene mutation. They provide a much better form of folic acid to the body, it is just in a more usable form. They are easy to take, doc has been impressed with how much they have helped.

El producto es muy bueno, el problema es que pedí 3 tarritos con el fin de consumirlo de manera constante y todos caducan en noviembre de este año, por lo que he tenido que regalar 2 para evitar desperdiciar el producto (aunque ya desperdicié el $$$).Yo no vivo en USA por lo que tengo que pedir que me los traigan desde allá y no tengo como pedir reembolso o cambio de producto.
