These are my favorite chiles so far..
These are wonderful chiles..I was purchasing the Carolina Reapers and the scorpions..I believe the Chile Arbols are something like 750 on the heat scale..and the others are 2.2 million..even though the 2,2 million on the Carolina Reapers and Scorpions are delicious..lying on the bathroom floor for an hour wondering if you can get up to call an ambulance to get you to the hospital to have your stomach pumped is not an option..I did cut them down in salsa just one per 16 oz of tomato sauce..and I did not have that problem..For those who complain that there are too many chiles per pack..What planet are you from? These chiles come in 4 oz, 8 oz and 16 oz In case you were wondering..the less ounces..the less chiles....if you have any problems with too many..you could always give them away or share with someone else.. I have to purchase two 1 lb bags per month to keep up..and I have found that the Chile Arbols are enough..They have a nice flavor..and pack plenty of heat without sending me to the hospital..lol

Makes a great chili splash
great quality and quantity. I used these to make a chili splash. Let me explain: I put them in a recycled Franks hot sauce bottle with white vinegar. I got this idea from Dixon's Chili in Kansas City near the Chiefs stadium. It is used in the restaurant on tacos and chili and it is awesome! I wanted to reproduce this at home and so I did with this product.

EXCELLENT!
So glad I decided on this brand as there were many to chose from. The flavor is intense as well as the heat. I love red pepper and add to most everything I make including scrambled eggs. I find with this brand only one or two are needed. I made a huge pot of escarole and beans, I used two big and one small pepper…just perfect The dried peppers were obviously fresh and I will purchase this brand again

Excellent quality, flavor and heat
Very pleased -- an outstanding choice for my spicy Asian stir fry dishes. Nice heat, and not too dry as far as freshness is concerned. The quality resealable bag is also a bonus in that regard.
