I take the capsules so there is no flavor but everything else is a 5+. I cannot say that this is a Miracle pill but I have had Sciatica nerve pain and take pain pills since 2008 from a car wreck. About two weeks after taking 8000mg per day I have not felt any pain in my leg. I also lost two pounds and I have not changed my eating habits. It’s possible that I am moving around more since my legs doesn’t hurt. I also suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome and sometimes at night I toss and turn until I am exhausted. I can fall asleep almost as soon as I get in bed. Only time will tell if this is helping me but I have heard from other Veterans that use Coconut Oil in the lard type bottle but I wanted the pills so I can take an exact mg. Cooking with the lard type Coconut Oil might work for some but we eat out too often for that. I hope it works for you like it did for me. My wife tried it and it made her stomach upset..

So far, I think this product is great! I've only been taking two-caps a day for about a month but immediate benefits I noticed were that my skin is not as dry as usual and my hair has more body; however, I have also been practicing "no poo" for about six months, so it is hard to tell if the condition of my hair is from one or the other. I think both. I also noticed that initially taking the capsules did suppress my appetite; now I think my digestive system has adjusted. Can't really comment on the weight loss aspect. I have lost about 5 lbs since starting the supplement, but fluctuating 5-10 lbs is not uncommon for me. I started coconut oil because my sister told me she experienced most, if not all, of the benefits that other people have mentioned. That was reason enough for me; especially if, in the long run, it brings up my HDL. Only time will tell ....

I use coconut oil capsules daily and most capsules are bigger, bulkier, and harder to swallow. This is the first one I found that is a longer slender version. To others it may be just another capsule but to me this is one way to make my medicine intake easier, especially when swallowing is an issue with Alzheimer's. Definitely a product I will re-order.

This is great for your hair and nails, my nails are finally long and don't split, plus my hair is super soft. It also helps with weight loss, I've lost about 5lbs in 2 weeks I've been taking it.

Love it! I use it on my body every evening . I'm a walker, so the bottoms of my feet get oiled, happily, every day with coconut oil. Good old organic coconut oil, with NO additives. When I think how many face/body products I've bought, at exorbitant prices, to keep my skin healthy, this coconut oil is a real money saver...and it works wonderfully! Coconut aroma goes away quickly and leaves skin hydrated and soft!
