Very good read
Very basic mediations at the back of the book, but sometime we need to be reminded of the basics. Overall enjoyed the exercises through out the book and the fun nature of it.

Not very well presented...
I wish I could give this book a better review... I think the writer is sincere. But it takes more than sincerity to put together a good instructional. The arrangement of information is often choppy, the author will digress to aside information that would have been better organized in another section then back to the main topic after too long a detour. There is also an odd structure of a shift in dialogue or quotes that only made sense after I realized that instead of talking to the reader the author is showing how other people are answered or taught. There is a lot of talk of using imagination to jump start aura/psychic experience, my concern is the number of people I have met in psychic classes who are creating from their own imagination not realizing they are not "reading" others because they are so in the habit of "imagining", the author advises checking out the value of the reading, but advises "imagining" more often.Early in the book you are told to "imagine" an apple, cutting the apple, the smell of the apple, the author uses this to demonstrate how easy visualization works ("off in the corner of the mind" "because it presented no threat to you" ) when in fact, since most of us have had experience with an apple, I suspect the reason it was easy is we draw from memory.... unlike seeing an aura....There are spelling errors, some in a situation where, for example "form" instead of "from", after talking of thought forms, is confusing. The use of English in the book is often awkward ("I knew I got it from the weirdness of the place.... it felt real scary"), sometimes requiring some attention to determine what was meant (and self control to not write corrections in the margins), and might be difficult for someone not familiar with the concepts being presented. The arrangement of the text in the book shows some poor use of publishing settings, The wording is often simplified to such a degree I'm not sure who the target audience is "all that stuff", "lets all kinds of stuff come through". The author seems to think we are terrified of seeing an aura and has to make it simple and "fun" and "fun" and "fun", when in fact, someone who purchased the book... is probably not afraid at all.....Someone may use this book and see auras, I'm gong to give the methods (few) a try, but I had to struggle over the books literary failings.
