I ordered this item. The skirt was poorly made and too long. I requested through Amazon (I'll complain about them later) for a refund and return. The cost to ship to me was $3.99. To return it is $44.95, 4 cents less than the price of the skirt. You can't pay me to believe the difference in shipping is that vast. That's shameful. And I believe, a SCAM to make me keep the skirt. And, I'm sad to learn that Amazon condones supporting these types of vendors.
