Chamaecyparis obt. 'Crippsii' (Hinoki Cypress) Evergreen, golden foliage, #2 - Size Container

I fell in love the minute I opened the package. A gorgeous shade of blue, full, and healthy.

Have had my 5 plants in for 4 months now, gorgeous green and almost fluffy looking. Very pleased with the quality upon arrival in very early spring. Highly recommended to buy from this grower

I bought these in early May and have kept them in their pots. The place I had intended to plant them turned out to be the wrong scale. Despite being kept in their pots, they are thriving. I have been watering them. They are a pretty bluish-green color. My only concern is that I am getting conflicting reports from my research as to how big these get. Some sites say they stay small (under four feet) while others say if left alone they will grow to eight feet or so. I wish I knew which it was. In the mean time, I am keeping them in the pots.

I ordered this plant with the intention of growing it in a container. When I received it, I was surprised by its size, much larger than I expected. I have it planted in a 3 gallon container, and It seems to be growing at a very fast rate. It may even outgrow that container before too long. It seems to like a lot of sun and plenty of water. The steely blue foliage is quite eye-catching. I think this plant is a winner, and strongly recommend it. :-)

UPDATE:After additional attempts of contact, I did finally hear back from Green Promise Farms and they sent replacement trees for the 2 that died.ORIGINAL:I bought 2 Dwarf White Cedars from Green Promise Farms in April. Just received, nicely packaged , healthy , good size , wasnt sure what id get , looks kind of like a psifera and not obtusa, bushy, not yet tree like, time will tell. The plant id app says it's a hinoki ,
