At first I was pleased with this faucet and loved the configuration. I read some negative reviews in regards to the hand held spray failing and leaking then I read about poor customer service. I purchased the faucet anyway. Long story short I bought this faucet June 27th 2020 and by February 15th 2021 I turned on the valve to have a water park for a kitchen, reached out to the seller and have been given the cold shoulder. I myself would not put this on my house. Its now going to cost me new kitchen flooring and probably a cabinet. Bad idea if you're thinking of getting this. The sprayer is 90% plastic and mine split the seem of the plastic housing.

PROS: Love that I can have the spray and spigot both on automatically when Turing it on; love that the kids can tell right away BY the color of the light when the water is hot; love that the components are not on the sink edge individually- it all comes up thre same sink hole, leaving room for a built in soap dispenser on one side and garbage disposal on of button on the other.CONS: Didn't come with adapters to fit afm old sink- had to call Rotor Rooter to install; now a year later the light quit working and im having trouble finding a replacement; some of the rubbed bronze finish is wearing down to brass in a few places. BUT...I still love it, so I bought some paint to fix that!

Bought this oil rubbed bronze faucet... Wasn't sure how it would look on my stainless steel sink.. but my kitchen has dark cabinets.. this thing looks awesome!!!.. Love this faucet!! One thing you should know when ordering this faucet... Make sure you check the length of your supply lines... The ones on this are only 23 in... I needed 32-in supply lines so ordered them at the same time as the faucet... Very simple to install did it all by myself... This faucet has a very expensive look for a really reasonable price!!

Awesome faucet! Water hoses were too short to reach the connections, so we purchased more hose to be able to install it and the finished product installed is a tiny bit loose, even when tightened down hard, but still sturdy... might even be our sink, not the faucets issue! But I love it! Temperature guage light indicator is awesome though sometimes the red hot light blinks instead of being solid red.

The media could not be loaded.  Love having 2 spouts but I have to replace after 3 months use. Very flimsy base and the handle somehow got a crack & pinhole in it and the spray nozzle head leaks. Not worth it.

I bought this so I could hook up my portable dishwasher while still using my sink. I have had it installed for 4 months without a single issue. I put ptfe tape on every connection that was threaded and I recommend always doing that with threaded plumbing. Easy to install, only took me about 20 minutes. I love this faucet and will be buying more for my other properties.

Its nice. We just installed it. My only concern was that we had to buy additional male and female tunes because the one supplied with the faucet was not long enough. After those were purchased it was a breeze for him to put it on.Now whether or not this faucet holds up, only time will tell. But I am pleased with the esthetics so far. I will let you know if it breaks down.

We are doing some do-it-yourself updates in our home. This has a classy look with some modernism. I love the black classic look it brings to the kitchen that catches everyone's eye then they are surprised by the color changes to let you know what temp the water is. It's sturdy, functional and adds beauty to the kitchen. I will be adding a black sink next.

Revised:Seller did come back to me and provided awesome customer service.Faucet is nice but the pair of hot and cold hose come with it, are very short 15 1/2 inches. 2 1/2 goes inside fitting then finally the hose is 13 inch long. Canadian kitchen usually requires 20-24 inch long hose . I contacted the customer service. They asked the issue and did not get back to me to resolve the issue. Customer service is not satisfactory and ignoring the customer issue .

Bought this for our kitchen as the one we had in the beginning started leaking. This one is fairly easy to install. We did have to get some extenders for the water connections, they were a good 6 inches too short. The faucet looks great. We loved that you can either have it as the bowl filler or the hand held. Only downside is the handheld when on fully sprays water everywhere. It may be the pressure in our home but it just soaks the kitchen and user. Returned for this reason.

The media could not be loaded.  The hoses not even installed into the faucet, there is no way to tighten them, will leak. And the hoses are way to short, have to order two extension hoses, $10 extra for them.Cutted my old faucet to get the hoses, and they are not fit for them. No choice have to install this one.Do not order.

you might need fittings to make it work. go to rona to buy fittings. it uses standard size and it should work.
