THIS STUFF WORKS!
TLDR: consistent use of this product twice a day along with saline washes WILL shrink that nasty bump. I got my nose pierced a few times in the past and had to take it out because of the bump, that looks very similar to the one others have posted here. Finally in December 2023, I got my nose pierced and was determined to make it work. I was fine for the first couple of weeks, but then noticed that my stud was sinking into my nose. My piercer told me it would be fine to change it to a ring, so I immediately removed the stud and changed it to a ring (thankfully the ring went in with no problem). As the skin was healing, I noticed a bump forming and increased the number of times I was cleaning it with saline solution. Despite my efforts, the bump continued to grow. I tried to use rubbing alcohol to dehydrate it, but that did not work either. Finally, I decided to try tea tree oil (spoiler alert - that didn’t work too). Finally I was scouring the internet and thought I would check Amazon for products made for this issue. I stumbled upon this oil and the reviews + price point had me sold. I continued my saline soaks and used this oil twice a day - once in the morning and once before bed. A couple of days later, I woke up with dried blood around the piercing and was concerned that the oil just destroyed it completely (I was being dramatic). By the next day, I noticed a significant reduction in the size of the bump and a couple more days later, it completely shrunk. The pigmentation remained, but I continued to use the oil. I think I got overconfident and became lazy with the saline soaks. A couple of days ago, I noticed the smallest bump starting to reappear. I restarted the saline soaks with continual use of the oil, and today, it’s gone! I will continue to use this product, hopefully to help combat the appearance of the hyperpigmentation and prevent future bumps. 10/10 would recommend to anyone struggling with this issue!

Great Product that Actually Works!
I usually never leave reviews for products, but wow this stuff actually really works! I have been getting cartilage piercings for years, and almost always end up getting a piercing bump around the 6 month mark. I've tried sea salt treatments, tea tree oil, crushed aspirin, etc. to try and get rid of them in the past, and ultimately everything is just too strong and irritates the piercing more. When the helix piercing I got earlier this year suddenly become very red and swollen with a bump on the back, I decided to do some research on what other products are out there. I'm so glad I found this oil! It has a light herb smell that isn't nearly as strong as regular tea tree oil and I love how easy the roller-ball applicator is to use. All the ingredients are natural and have anti-inflammatory properties that really help to soothe irritated piercings. I've been using it for about a week now and the redness and swelling around my piercing is almost completely gone. The bump on the back is also much smaller, and my piercing barely hurts at all anymore. If you have a piercing bump this is a must!

WOW! LIFECHANGING!!!!! Urban ReLeaf is the way to go!
I decided to start "curating" my ear last year (March 2019) (shout out to Maria Tash), and while my other two new piercings (1 conch and 1 lobe) healed nicely with the traditional "saline wash" regimen; there were two stubborn rook stud piercings that wouldn't heal regardless of how much proper care I gave it. I will be honest to say that as hard as I tried not to sleep on that side, I would find myself waking up in the morning on the pierced side. I'm sure this had a lot to do with the slow healing process and the on and off irritation that I was experiencing. The bumps were pretty big, and red-- I would always experience slight discomfort. Listen up!!! Urban ReLeaf came along and saved the day. At first, I started off using the salt soak, which I use religiously. It definitely provided some relief and the bump subsided a bit, but if I stopped using the soaks; the bump would come back. I then researched other products by Urban ReLeaf and came across their lifechanging piercing bump shrinkage treatment roll-on. This stuff is AMAZING! After using it consistently (twice a day) for one week, my bumps are completely gone and the irritation and tightness around the piercing has been 100% eliminated. I will continue to use the oil. A little goes a long way, so the bottle will last for a long time-- for those who want to continue curating their ear, but are weary of the unsightly piercing bumps. Another great aspect of this oil is that I can bring it with me everywhere I go, and apply it throughout the day. It's that small, that convenient and that effective. I'm an Urban ReLeaf FAN FOR LIFE!! My suggestion would be to use the salt soak at home and follow it up with the piercing shrinkage oil throughout the day/ whenever you're away from home (at work, travel, etc...). You will not be disappointed!! Every piercing studio should carry this line!! Thanks for "saving" my ear and giving me great relief!

It works if you have the patience.
Got this for my daughter who developed a 3mm keloid behind one of her 2nd ear lobe piercings. After about 2 weeks it was indeed going down, but being 14, her attention span is as long as her pinkie toe. It would swell again and recede each time she used it consistently, so that’s proof enough to me that the product is good. Unfortunately she ended up removing the piercing without saying anything about it (long hair so I don’t always see her ears) and continuing to use the product, so since then it’s completely healed with barely a pore mark left. If she decides to re-pierce the ear I’ll be sure to get another bottle of this to use from day one!

Great product that works!
This stuff worked like magic. I was so scared of getting those big keloids I used to see on people when I was a kid..a lump pretty big started to grow on my ear..I immediately did some research to see what worked. This had great reviews worked within days after I purchased so glad I did. Smells good. I don't know what my ears would look like if I hadn't found this product. Thank you to whoever made this. Oh I used the solution they had to clean the ear then I rolled this on it. Thank you so much!

Was using saline solution method for the past few months but it did not make the bump on my nose piercing go away. Was a little skeptical when I read some bad reviews on this oil but just purchased it anyway and I regret nothing. In less than a week, my bump is almost gone!

I’ve bought this 3 or 4 times already because it is the best product ever. I desperately need a refill and it’s unfortunately been out of stock for so long now- I NEED IT TO COME BACK IN STOCK PLEASE 😭😭

Did not work for me- I had a significant lump on my nose over the pierce and after reading the reviews I made the purchase. Boy was I wrong. It doesn’t mean if it works on someone, it would work on you. We all have different skin types. I decided to take out my nose ring as I’d definitely an unnecessary reaction to it.
