I was looking for a flat iron around $100 and after trying 2 from professional supply houses/I am a hairdresser. I was much happier with this product, feels sturdy responsive sleek and lightweight, easy to handle, it gets hot.

It works very well mainly on shorter hair styles but on longer hair it takes longer to work do to how thin the flat iron is. Also you must work thinner strands because the led temperature light will start blinking indicating that the temperature is going down.

The iron itself seems great. However, it clearly was not new. The interior packaging had been ripped from being opened prior. The cord was stuffed in and there was no cellophane packaging.This clearly is an opened box product, yet it was not advertised as such.

This pulls your hair and feels poorly made.

I love the way this flatiron handles. Keep the temp around 320 to protect your hair. My hair is thick. That's really all you'll need. This iron gets hot so be careful not to burn your hair. I think once you handle this tool, it will be hard to adjust to another type of flat iron. ...very sleek, lightweight, cool design.

Works OK but feels cheap and gives off a weird plastic-y chemical smell when heated up. Will be returning.

My hairdresser used this on me and was bragging about how great it was for such a low price, so I bought one. It doesn’t make horrible beeping sounds and the temperature is totally controllable. I have used just about every brand of straightener: the Chi isn’t what it used to be and you can’t control the temperature, the Eclipse by GHD got a hole in the cord and the company wouldn’t replace it, so I’m done with them, and I had a pretty good Dry Bar one I got from Sephora that my collegiate daughter stole. I need titanium and I need to be able to adjust the temperature depending on how stubborn my hair is that day.
