I bought it as a stand for my ponytail palm and it serves that purpose well. It is very well constructed, solid. Size as described. Putting the legs under the top was easy. Instructions just say you will need only just a screwdriver, but that is not enough to attach the hardware for the bottom shelf to the legs. The holes for those screws are not predrilled, there is only just a small indentation in the wood to mark where the screws are supposed to go and as hard as I tried I could not get the screws into the wood all the way. I had to use the drill to make holes for the screws. After I did that it was easy to finish the assembly.

Made of quality real wood, easy to construct. It was a little too tall for me so I cut the legs, but they did state the height so that is on me. Would be nice to have come with a single drawer but good and accurate on size.

The stuff is your ticket.For finishing if I wanted stained I use wWatco danish oil, Wait a week Three coats social act 1/2 half pound cut, Two coats of Minwax spray lacquer. San between coats. There's 3 3M Sponge sanding block for gratefulness. I want to clear finish I just eliminate what upthe Watco.Great stuff highly recommended

I bought two of these thinking that would suffice as end-tables and I could finish them myself. They are actually made of hardwood, and comes together solidly. I added a dark walnut stain and they look very good. My only complaint is that the holes for the bottom shelf bracket screws were not well drilled in one table, and weren't there at all in the other. This was quickly fixed with my drill and the proper sized drill bit. For such low cost, I expect issues, but the materials are excellent. I was able to buy them for $40 each, and turn them into $200+ tables for just a few bucks of walnut stain and satin poly, and a couple hours of my time added. That's a win in my book!

Product was very well packaged. Made from quality solid wood that was cleanly cut with all surfaces nicely prepared/sanded, basically ready as-is to pretreat and stain or whatever you want to do. I absolutely recommend these nightstands - they had a great price, so I was initially not sure what to expect upon receiving, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Great product.

I bought two of these. When I first opened the package I was very please with the quality of the wood and the apparent simplicity of the assembly. However, that was not the case. Putting the top on was very easy. In putting the L shaped braces (for the shelf) the pilot holes on the legs for the screws were a little small but it made for a tight fit. One of the tables had two legs with the pilot holes on one side of the leg and two legs with the pilot holes on a different side. It worked but looked strange because the L brackets faced different ways. This wood is very hard and dense (a good thing) unless you don't have pilot holes. It is impossible to screw the screws into the shelf without pilot holes. So now I have to drill the pilot holes myself which, of course, makes the assembly that much more difficult. If the shelves and all legs had proper pilot holes I would have raved about this product and given it 5 stars.
