Very good but one broken bottle during transit
Excellent pure juice, and a bit sweeter (pleasantly) than the other brand here, which is also very good. Only issue is that one bottle was broken and leaked juice and spread glass shards everywhere. Be careful. Apparently it's from the country of Georgia--not my home state of Georgia. Nothing to worry about, though, because when you taste this blackberry juice and discipline yourself to have one once in awhile due to the expense, you'll be satisfied. I assume health benefits are high as well, but I will still drink daily POM because it has been proven through studies to reduce plaque in our carotid arteries. In sum, drink real juices for the health benefits and not necessarily for the taste.

Delicious and not loaded with sugar or high fructose corn syrup. This is healthy stuff.
I love this tart cherry juice. I like having the individual bottles and not a large one that can go bad.So this is a wonderful product and I will order on a regular basisI have them in the box in the bottom of the refrigerator with a warning label on it because I’m not willing to share with just anyone lol

Great juice, but should you buy some? We wondered the same thing at first too.
Great Juice. Great taste. As you can see in the last photo, it's on our kitchen counter all the time now. And yeah, it's definitely a bit pricey, but it's nice for a special treat once in a while. I almost didn't buy this juice when I first discovered it on here. I saw all the reviews and photos of people receiving broken glass bottles and juice-soaked boxes. And by our first 3 photos you can see we got a tiny bit of that ourselves today. This stuff is made in Turkey so it travels a long way, and it's in glass so you have to expect a little breakage here and there. Thankfully, in the past year or so, Pomona has switched to a very thick and sturdy box with heavy cardboard separators between every bottle (see photo 1 and 2). That has helped a lot. It's not perfect though - out of the 5 boxes that I've bought over the last year or so (all of which were in those new/improved shipping boxes), today I received a box of plum juice that had broken bottles in it. So yeah, the new boxes are great, but not perfect. Still though, we'll going to keep buying this stuff here and there... especially since the ones we got recently were on sale for $30 for a 12-bottle case, instead of what I paid before which was closer to $40-$45 per 12 pack. But yeah, this company does everything right as far as how they make this stuff. And how they bottle it. And yes, we prefer our juice in glass (not soaking in PFAS plastic bottles or PFAS-lined aluminum cans)... so we will put up with the occasional broken bottle here and there because this is some of the best juice we've ever had... and we used to be avid home juicers. Anyway, I wish a company in the US would make stuff this good. We already buy tart cherry juice from the best sources in MI, WI, MN, etc. upper Midwest. But all those companies use plastic bottles. And eventually the science will prove that no matter how manufacturers try to improve it - all plastic will eventually be found to be bad for us, especially when it comes to storing our food and drink in it for long periods. So give us the glass every time if possible, even if it's a hassle to deal with glass from time to time. A few other things about this juice. The price sux, straight up. I wish it were $2/bottle on average. Then, it'd still be pricey but not crazy pricey like it is now (even on sale at $30/box this stuff is stupid expensive in my opinion). And yeah, again... it comes from Turkey which probably adds a lot of import costs for its long, international travel. The fact that it's produced over there made me reluctant to buy it in the beginning. Knowing Turkey, we already knew that they aren't great at enforcing some laws over there... so how are they on their 'food cleanliness' laws too?, right?! They sure don't enforce building codes in Turkey, that's for sure. We have friends over there and the govt corruption is terribly pervasive. My dad, who is in his late 80's, heard it was from Turkey and immediately said don't buy it. LOL. He traveled and lived over there for a time in the 60's but I'm sure they've improved food production safety since his time over there. Let's hope. Anyway, we took a chance and it is GREAT JUICE, so fingers crossed and all that. And so far so good after 5 boxes, with a little bit of breakage, but Amazon was quick to refund for the hassle. So I'll be buying more. I don't have a choice now - the wife loves the stuff, so I'm the hook to get it more often. LOL! You know how it is guys. haha

This juice is the REAL DEAL /
Made in the country of Georgia .This is the only juice on Amazon that does not have either concentrate added or added sugar ( in my opinion ) .The other options from mostly Vietnamese based companies that make mango juice claiming 100% mango are VERY SWEET ; which is not natural for mass production .This juice is slightly bitter and subtly sweet .So I KNOW they are being honest with the ingredients .When you make juice on a large scale as companies do most of your fruit isn't going to be over ripe with sweetness so a bit of bitterness is normal when you don't add sugar .Worth the extra cost . You get what you pay for .
