I have been trying to reduce the amount of plastic packaging for toiletries I used and also the chemical content. I had previously used a balm that came in a glass jar. It was disappoint as it didn’t seem to provide deodorant protect. This product does. It’s brilliant. The fragrance is lovely but not too heavy. The stick moves feeling in the cardboard tube and is easy to use. I’m very pleased I made the switch. Slightly baffled why amazon suggest I score it for ‘warmth’ !An update on this deodorant. Sadly I now have intensely armpits with pimples. I’ve not had this before and never considered my armpits sentive. So sadly I’ve got to try something else. I’m disappointed as I like the texture, the smell and the packaging.

Bought this deodorant to try as it listed natural ingredients, and I love it. The container itself is cardboard based and not plastic. Subtle fragrance and easy to use, although may be a bit waxy for some users.

Was really disappointed with this product, the scent wasn't very strong to start off with and completely disappeared after about 10mins. It was greasy which didn't feel too pleasant...it also stung quite badly when first applied and I don't have sensitive skin so not at all impressed!

Love the smell and the concept of this product.It's hard to push up the base, especially after you've had it a while as it pushes up further than I could comfortably reach with my fingers - and if you have long nails, no chance. I ended up putting a lip stick down the tube to push it through.The product itself is quite hard (I used it between September and January and my house is quite cold, so YMMV) and has a grainy texture, which can make it difficult to apply - and if you've just shaved your underarms it feels like you're rubbing sandpaper on them. It can also be quite crumbly so you have to watch out for dropping bits over the floor, although if you're able to catch the bits and rub them onto your body they melt quite quickly and disappear.It cost me £9 and lasted for 4.5 months with light/moderate use (winter months so I wasn't sweating too much). Not sure how that compares to a conventional deodorant.Overall a nice product but too hard to use, so I'm now looking for an alternative design. Would get an extra star if they changed the package design so it was easier to push up/access the product during use.

Not sure exactly why this product works well for me, but it does. I only apply once after showering and keeps my underarms odour- free. I have a manual job and sweat somewhat... But SOMETHING in this product keeps me smelling Neutral. (Maybe the citrus... Who knew..)But, it works. For me. Anyway. Give it a try!

I really wanted to love this product, it smelled really nice, but it just had zero practical use.- The smell was way too weak, the only time you smelled it was bringing your nose right up to the tube when opening it.- It left marks on your clothes that look like sweat.- It has a hard waxy consistency so it doesn’t work in cold weather and breaks off into clumps in warm weather.- Once you’re close to finishing it, it’s almost impossible to get the last of the deodorant out unless you have metre long fingers to push it out.All in all, there is potential there, the smell is gorgeous, but there seems to have been zero practical research put into the product.

As a keen lover of our environment I try and do my bit to reduce plastic use. This deodorant works! Smells great too, lovely texture. Tip for use is to pop up the stick with your finger or thumb then apply, after just bang it down on a hard surface so the stick goes back into the cardboard casing to stay moist. Simples.Ok, so the downside is that it doesn’t last as long as the salt of the Earth ones but it’s worth it for the sake of our children’s future, hopefully they will have one if we can all do our bit to help save climate change.Thumbs up from me and will order again.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and find it to be fairly effective, I’m planning to try a few different ones and compare them. My main criticism would be that I’ve not got long fingers so now I’m down to the last inch of the stick I’ve had to find something to push the block up on the inside of it as its literally a solid block in a cardboard tube with cardboard bit at the bottom. No complaints about the cardboard, just a point if you’ve got little hands like me. Top Tip for using this as well I’ve read from other people- after you’ve washed leave your underarms wet and it goes on much better without feeling like you’re dragging it across your skin, it actually feels like a regular roll on if you leave your skin wet. All in all I like it.
