I have been using Sidfha Remedies Sleep Aid Spray for a year and it's my favorite. This is a great sleep aid. Puts me to sleep and I wake up easy.

Quality/ Effectiveness
I fall asleep in 20 minutes flat. I can feel the difference when I awake in the 🌅 morning. The taste is mildly pleasant.

Doesn't work and no returns
I tried it for 3 nights, increasing the dose each night. I used it 5 times on the 3rd night over about 3 hours. The product doesn't work, didn't even make me a little bit drowsy. The taste is watery, mild, but not pleasant either. Tried to return It and there's no returns, so I guess it's going in the garbage.

Hands down my favorite natural herbal sleep remedy! This sleep aid spray really works!
I have been using this product for over a year and it works wonders! I had been searching for a long time for completely all natural sleep aids that did not include synthetic ingredients. I will continue to buy this product over and over again. It's a staple in my bed-side drawer. My only complaint is I wish it came in larger sizes! This sleep aid spray in conjunction with Herbs Etc. Deep Sleep Soft Gels is just what the homeopathic doctor ordered!

Best sleep in years
I spray once about an hour before going to bed and again when I’m ready to sleep. I fall asleep easily. If I wake up during the night, I’ll take another spritz , roll over and fall back to sleep. I feel like I’m getting a good quality sleep and wake up rested, with no sleep medicine “hangover”. It is a little pricey, but my current bottle has lasted about a month with daily use. Ive had problems sleeping for years now and have tried tons of different remedies and feel I’ve found the solution, with this spray. I like that it is natural. Highly recommended

Works for 2 nights, then backfires and causes insomnia. Use sporadically.
The first 2 nights this product worked amazingly well. It would knock me out within an hour. I still woke up again in the middle of the night as I normally do but was able to go back to sleep by using a 2nd dose. By the 3rd day it wasn't working. It gave me nightmares, frequent wakes & groggy the next day. I think if I use it sporadically for emergency use it could be effective.
