Diet in Late Rice Night (Diet) + Clean About 30 Days *AF27*

I'm currently on my second box, and I have been using this product for about a month and a half. In terms of weight loss, it has helped me lose a few pounds, but this weight was not shed overnight, it was over the course of a month or so, and without any extra exercise. I mostly use this to help me maintain my weight and prevent it from ballooning back up to a heavier weight I used to have. It has been quite effective at preventing fat gain, which comes in handy during days I have a big meal.As for instructions on how to use the product, my first order did not originally come with any, so I just used a packet immediately at the end of a big meal, and it seemed to work this way. I have also seen instructions online somewhere (I don't remember where) that tell you to use a packet before a meal, but it did not work for me when I did that because I actually gained some weight again when I took it before a meal. So, I have gone back to taking a packet immediately after the meal. Specifically, I use one packet at night, right after dinner.Now for other things I've noticed while taking this supplement:1. My skin texture has changed after prolonged use (though it will most likely revert if I stop taking it), and my skin has actually gotten better!I actually picked this product over the other one because of the skin and beauty benefits it offered, even though the other versions are more effective for weight loss. I did not know what to expect for my skin when I first started the supplement, but very quickly, my skin started becoming more smooth and less red and irritated! I have always suffered from bad acne (like cysts) and oily skin, and for some reason, even though nothing seemed to fight it off completely, after taking this supplement, most of the acne has gone away! I still get newer bumps every now then (especially during that time of the month), but they are almost never as bad as they used to be (they almost never become a cyst). I'm not really sure why my skin has improved that much, but I suspect it's due to some anti-inflammation and because my skin has become more resistant to irritation and infections. I must admit, I fall into the habit of picking at my skin sometimes, but in the past, it would almost always result in a cyst. Today, this never happens anymore!After some research, here are the ingredients that this product has for skin benefits (copied&pasted from [...]):"Placenta, hyaluronic acid, fish collagen, chondroitin, vegetable lactic acid bacteria, oligosaccharides, vitamin C, amino acids" - which is called the "8 Beauty Component" in the product description of that link.2. After taking the supplements, I often feel tired soon afterwards.I'm not exactly sure why this happens, but after taking the supplements, I often become a little sleepy, although not to an incapacitating extent. For me, it's not a con because I only take this supplement at night anyways, so I go to bed soon after anyways. Just thought I would like to point this out just in case anyone wanted to know.3. The regularity of my bowel movements have improved.Since I take it at night, my bowel movements are more regular, which has also aided in some of my weight loss.Overall, my skin has gotten a lot better and has almost cleared up, my weight has not gone up (a plus for me), and I look forward to buying again! However, I also wanted to say that just because it works for me, that does not mean it will work exactly the same way for others! As we are all different, keep in mind that YMMV! 酵素に惹かれて購入しました。目に見えて痩せたとかではないのですが、深夜の飲食時に利用しました。太りはしなかったので、効果があるのかもしれません。
