A MUST HAVE
If your a KitchenAid user you need to switch to Ankarsrum. Made in Sweden and a must for home cooks. NOTHING WORKS BETTER! It is worth EVERY PENNY!

Great bowl
This is the same bowl that comes with the Ankarsrum . I like having the extra bowl for busy baking days. Mine came with the lid. Very happy with the bowl.

No lid included, beware
I am downgrading from 5 to 4 stars for one reason: no lid. You pay 150 bucks for a spare bowl and don't get a lid with it. Why?

Very high quality product
I ordered a second stainless steel bowl for my Ankarsum, as I use it for baking breads. The lid allows me to stir and knead the dough, and then put the whole thing into the refrigerator for retarded fermentation (yes, that is the scientific term for it). I can now do two batches in short succession, usually with variations of the recipes. The Ankarsrum mixer is just amazing.
