Great for travel or to give as samples
As a long time black tooth powder user, I needed a option for travelling as putting the powder in another container would look suspicious, particular with TSA who asked if it was gunpowder. Also, perfect to give as a gift for someone to try for the first time.

Creepy, in a good way.
I tried this out as I am pretty obsessed with teeth cleaning – I have braces and date a dentist. I also like to try new things.I'm not sure this is a miracle worker, but I do enjoy it. Mostly because I think it's cool to brush my teeth with black. I use it once a week and have a special toothbrush designated for the job since it will stain the bristles.Wet your toothbrush just a touch and gently dab it into the container. The taste is unusual. Each time I use it, I imagine I'm in India. I think of incense and markets. It's not unpleasant, but slightly bitter and very unique. Very Ayurvedic. Chalky and gritty like you would imagine it to be, but frothy enough to surprise you. Your mouth is entirely black and you will need to take care to rinse your sink afterwards – if nothing else, you'll learn to become a tidy brusher. I usually brush again with regular toothpaste as it's very difficult to simply rinse out. My teeth always feel very clean after this process.I read another review that speculated it's primarily effective because it attaches itself to plaque so that you can see where you need to floss or brush more. I would have to agree. I'm not sure it whitens my teeth much (I attribute whitening to Eucryl toothpowder), but I don't mind using it periodically.
