Maybe my favourite cooking thing I learned during work from home this past year was that shelf-stable gnocchi can be pan fried rather than boiled. This sauce on pan-fried gnocchi...amazing.

Excellent, with superb truffle flavor. Use in risotto which was fantastic. I have tested a number of tartufos on Amazon this was one of the best I have tried
