Well, I wish all interactions with Amazon venues could be as positive and stress-free as this order! The faucet is beautiful, is made of quality materials, and operates as described. The initial faucet arrived with an issue with the hot water line turn-off at the faucet. There was a very small drip that collected in the basin. I contacted Greenspring, and they shipped me a new faucet ASAP. Customer service here is first class, respectful, and they do whatever they can to please the customer. I love this faucet, and only wish I had discovered Greenspring before I ordered three other faucets for a house remodel I just completed. The nickel finish is beautiful, and I love the LED lights as the water runs out. Some customers were complaining that it came with only two water lines, instead of the required four. Mine came with four lines and everything needed to install it. This faucet is very sturdy...nothing cheap about it, and I could not find anything like it in the US for anywhere near the same price. It is a bargain for what you receive. In the future, I will connect with Greenspring first when ordering products, as my experience with them was so pleasant, and their product is quality.

This faucet is well made, sturdy, nice brass and heavy duty, I am really suprised by some of the negative reviews, this faucet really blew me away, and if the LEDs ever stop working then oh well it's still a beautiful faucet for the price. Well packaged and neatly wrapped to avoid scratches. The actual faucet is much wider than I expected but wow. Looks great in my newly renoed modern farm house bathroom. Super easy to install, with or without instructions and I had 0 kink in the lines. I am very pleased.... well a year and a half later, the red and green leds no longer work. So, yea.

This is a piece of crap. The faucet looks nice and is very stylish and smart. However manufacturing and quality standards are poor. Thanks to great sevice from Amazon, I received this yesterday and had scheduled a plumber to do the installation in the morning. After going through the not so clear instructions, he started the installation. He installed the hot and cold shut off valves and installation was easy. During installation of faucet he found out that the locknut of the faucet is loose and doesnt lock properly on the faucet stem thread. The reason is that lock but is of poor construction and threads are not deep enough. There is a 2mm play which prevents the locknut from locking on the stem. Despite the shortcomings, I decided to give a try and went to 3 plumbing stores - Peabody Supply, Granite Group and FW Webb to see if I can find same size locknut and no one had that size locknut. I still didn’t want to give up and took a chance to go to Box stores - Ace, Home Depot and Lowe’s. The feedback from everyone is to reach out to faucet manufacturer. I have finally given up on this. After wasting $100 on plumbing, and couple of hours going from store to store, I will be returning this back.Please save time and buy something which is of good quality.Update: I still didn't want to give up, so finally got a lock nut from Home Depot in 2nd trip. Spent time installing the faucet. Guess what. Started leaking when I turned it on. I wasted whole day today from morning to evening, getting parts and trying to get it working. I wish I had paid $150 for Delta or Kohler faucet. Would have saved me more money in terms of time. Really disappointed.

I bought two of these. They are wonderful faucets for the price - worth the price regardless of whether the LEDs work correctly. HOWEVER, it is important to note that (in my experience), the handles-to-faucet lines are far too long for what is needed, causing unnecessary kinking. Additionally, the spigot brass fitting needs tightening out of the box, even if it doesn't look like it does. Don't do like me and get it mounted in a very inconvenient area, then find out it leaks. Finally, ensure you have proper water pressure, and a relatively kinkless hose between the handles and the spigot. I have two in our master bedroom. One I managed to get routed properly, with minor kinking, and the second has a pretty tight kink. This means the 2nd one has every so slightly lower water pressure, and the LED colors don't work. The 1st one works as it should. It's not worth the money in the swear jar for me to crawl back under there and try to reroute things again. They've been installed for about 8 months now and still look and operate well.

I do not normally write reviews, but am writing this review for a few different reasons. Normally I only buy things that have many positive reviews on them so I am sure I will get a quality product, but this one only had one review. I was on the edge of buying this faucet, but I was drawn to the modern look of it and pulled the trigger. When it came, I was surprised to see the quality of everything. It came well packaged and every part is extremely durable. It came with all parts needed to do the complete project, even its own Allen wrench. There is a faint hum from the turbine inside spinning and creating the power needed to light the LED up that illuminates the water. It changes color from blue while the water is cold, green when it gets warm, red when it is hot, and blinking red when it is extremely hot. It may sound tacky to some, and I was iffy about it until I installed it and saw for myself and it looks great. I am overall very impressed and 100% satisfied with this faucet, especially for such a reasonable price. I would recommend this to anyone I did not know due to it being so cool and makes me have something that looks great and has a cool touch that people do not expect and are wowed by!
