Buy it! You wont regret it!!I originally ordered the Vanmass phone mount in March 2022. It was easy to assemble together and place in my vehicle. The most difficult part was deciding where it would work for me, the assembly and placement was a cinch. Once I placed it where it was comfortable for me it was almost like second nature to use. As if it was just part of the car and I would immediately place my phone once I got in every single time. Placing and removing my phone in and out of the phone mount is very easy and again, became second nature instantly for me. Unfortunately, after daily use for one and a half years the phone holder became unglued from the mount. I was about to try to either glue it back on or see if I could purchase another one when I decided to reach out to the Vanmass company to report my issue. I received an email immediately from Krista requesting a picture of the unglued holder and my mailing address. She was very pleasant in her email and communicated everything well. She made the experience very pleasant and easy. As soon as I sent both she sent me an entirely new phone mount! I received it and immediately put it in my car. I am very satisfied with the ease of assembly, placement and daily use and now with their customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Highly recommend and I would definitely purchase again!!BTW, some additional information in case this helps anyone, I have a 2021 Toyota Tacoma and an iPhone 14 pro with a JETeck phone case on. I originally placed the Vanmass mount on the lower part of my windshield to the right of my steering wheel. It held very well in place. Never moved or fell or even made a sound or wiggled. It stayed very well and steady the entire year and a half that I used it. My phone slid in and out with ease and was held in place perfectly until I would remove it. Now with the replacement I decided to place the holder using the air vent mount. I placed it in the vent to the right of my steering wheel. It holds in place without moving or wiggling. It is perfectly steady holding well and tight and my phone slides in and out with ease. 😁Buy it! You wont regret it!!

I started with the vent clip and it kept falling off, I am thinking my iPhone 14 Pro Max was too heavy. I went to the suction application and it is working perfectly. When you place your phone in the cradle you squeeze the arms in the hold your phone which I like instead of having to fight to get it into a spring loaded holder. It has a button on the back on the bottom that you push to release the arms to remove your phone and I like that. I have arthritis in my hands so this works great for me. This is not adhesive mounted just suction!

I've been driving this whole time without a phone mount as I didn't find one necessary. Eventually, I caved into buying one since it makes using google maps more convenient. The suction cup mount has been pretty secure and great to use. However, it does cause some obstruction due to how big it is. As such, I use the AC vent mount instead, but it is not as secure. When I put my Google Pixel 7 Pro onto it, the car mount falls forward, meaning it can barely support my phone. Furthermore, the mount itself when closing on my phone, presses on the volume button which is annoying. So buy at your own risk if you have a Google Pixel.

Well designed, sturdy and stylish phone mount. I love the deep clip since I use thick phone case. It held my phone securely even on a bumpy road. Lots of space to insert my charging cable. Suction cup is strong, does not easily come off. It has to be mounted on a smooth surface. I definitely recommend this product.

Just what I needed to hold my phone in place so I can see the map without having to touch at all while driving. I haven't used the piece that would suction onto the dashboard, I use the piece that clamps onto an airvent and this is perfect for my car

Stays secure, even though my car dashboard is nearly but not completely flat. Works well with my Samsung 8 Plus which is quite a large and heavy phone. Just angled the unit backwards slightly to make sure my phone won't tip out.
